We had a small landscaping project done by Scanlon's Lawn & Landscape Service, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Steve, the owner, was incredibly responsive, kind, and knowledgeable, and his follow-through was impeccable—something we’ve found sorely lacking with other landscapers we’ve worked with in the past.
Steve moved quickly to meet with us, provided a clear proposal, and got the work scheduled and completed in no time. One detail that really stood out: he personally introduced his team to us when they arrived, which felt unusually thoughtful and made the experience feel more personal and professional.
Even though this was a small job, we were treated with the utmost care and respect. We have a lot more landscaping work planned, and without a doubt, we’ll be calling Steve again. Highly recommend!

Scanlon's Lawn and Landscaping Service Inc. has done work for us since it was just a young Steve Scanlon with one lawn mower who walked it from his house to our house each week. He has always done careful work and has done a complete job - mowing and trimming the lawn so it looked well cared for. As his business grew he hired people who took the same professional pride in their work as he does and the lawn has continued to be done to professional standards. He has grown as the years have gone by and has beautifully landscaped our front and side yards along the front porch and the side of the house. He has laid mulch for us to keep the weeds down in the gardens and his crew has been very careful to not hurt the plants as they work. They make the beds and the areas around the trees look beautiful. His pricing is reasonable and the work is always top-notch. When we have asked him to do extra work for us - trimming the front hedge, for example - because we can't get to it, he has done it in a timely fashion and made it look terrific.
We would recommend Scanlon's Lawn and Landscaping Service to anyone with no reservations whatsoever!

Steve Scanlon and his team of landscapers have been maintaining our properties for the past 12 years. We met Steve when we moved back to the area. Part of the allure to our first home was the curbside appeal of the property which turned out to be maintained by Scanlon's Landscaping Co.! We continued on with Steve and now living in on our second home, Steve and his men continue to keep our property in mint condition. For 12 years, the same crew of landscapers work on our yard on the same day every week. They are extremely professional, very reliable and they do not rush through their work, yet they are efficient. If we have a question or a concern, which we rarely do, Steve gets back to us immediately and sometimes comes over to our home in person to look at the property. Steve runs a tight ship, and he is a very talented landscaper and he trains his crew to conduct business the same way! Steve also runs a successful snowplowing business and is there when you need him.
